This product is being marketed to those with a sweet tooth and big people (like me). They're donuts, which everyone knows can be unhealthy. There are 6 servings in the product and each serving is one donut. For each serving, they are 230 calories. This food may be where you eat just one but most of the time you want to go in for more, it's very rare for me to eat just one and it must be for other people. This is pretty high in calorie count. People call this a snack and most snacks are usually under 100 calories and this is over 200. It doesn't have much nutrients but it has some stuff that you should be avoiding such as 4.5 grams of saturated fat in each serving, 5 mg of cholesterol, and 200 milligrams of sodium. The ingredients are enriched wheat flour, sugar, dextrose, soybean oil, whey, and leavening. Dextrose is a form of glucose and seen in a lot of food. Healthy diet? HA I wish it was but this could be very unhealthy if you eat all the time but in moderation I guess it's healthy. Yes it does accurately represents what's in the package, it have big bold colors spelling out "Donuts" and it grabs attention very well with it's plastic preview to look at the donuts.
